My Audi Q5 required a new battery after the 12-year old OEM battery was starting to show it's age. I purchased a good AGM battery and booked an appointment to have NAPA Heritage AutoPro install and code (program) the new battery to the vehicle's electrical system. The shop spent several hours using a few different scanners, but was unable to program the battery, due to incomplete markings on the new battery. They did everything possible to located the missing information and I greatly appreciate their awesome efforts! This was entirely an oversight by the battery manufacturer, and NOT Heritage AutoPro. I would highly recommend this shop for all your work. Thanks!

My daughter had unexpected issues with her Jeep Last weekend, we had to drop the car off at Heritage Auto while they were not open. I had left a very long message on the possible issues with the hopes they could take a look at the vehicle early in the week, Not only did they service the vehicle it was the first thing they did on Monday morning. I had a full list of recommendations from them bright and early. They did an amazing job at communicating with me and also did the service and a fairly decent cost. I 100% recommend.
