Heritage AutoPro and Tire
Every commercially plated bus, truck, light truck require a Commercial Vehicle Inspection through the Government of Alberta’s program (CVIP). At Heritage Autopro, we’re licensed to conduct inspections under Alberta’s Vehicle Safety Section on both individual and fleet vehicles. Commercial vehicles whose registered weight meets or exceeds 11,794 kilograms need to be inspected on an annual basis, and buses designed to carry more than 10 passengers, including the driver, must be inspected every 6-months.
When you register with Heritage Autopro, we will text you a reminder in advance of your next required inspection date. If your vehicle needs mechanical work to pass inspection, our qualified mechanics are able to provide repairs in-house.
We will complete the inspection on the form you provide or, we have one that is recognized by an Alberta Registry Office. The inspection may take up to two hours to complete and your appointment may be booked here on this website or by calling us.

My Audi Q5 required a new battery after the 12-year old OEM battery was starting to show it's age. I purchased a good AGM battery and booked an appointment to have NAPA Heritage AutoPro install and code (program) the new battery to the vehicle's electrical system. The shop spent several hours using a few different scanners, but was unable to program the battery, due to incomplete markings on the new battery. They did everything possible to located the missing information and I greatly appreciate their awesome efforts! This was entirely an oversight by the battery manufacturer, and NOT Heritage AutoPro. I would highly recommend this shop for all your work. Thanks!
